CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIMES
We make reasonable efforts to respond to customer inquiries promptly. Response times may vary depending on business volume, weekends, holidays, the complexity of the request, and whether additional records or investigation are required.
Sending a message does not automatically cancel an order, approve a return, change a delivery address, pause production, extend a deadline, or modify an agreement. Palace & Co. must expressly confirm any requested action in writing.

JEWELRY, GEMSTONE, AND PRECIOUS-METAL DISCLOSURES
Product-specific descriptions, invoices, grading reports, and written custom-order specifications control over general website imagery or language.
Palace & Co. identifies jewelry materials and gemstone characteristics as applicable, including whether a gemstone is natural, laboratory-grown, laboratory-created, treated, simulated, imitation, or composite.
A laboratory-grown or laboratory-created diamond is not a mined diamond. A simulated or imitation diamond, such as cubic zirconia or moissanite, is not a diamond. Product descriptions will identify these distinctions as applicable.
Natural and laboratory-grown gemstones may display variations in color, clarity, cut, fluorescence, measurements, inclusions, growth characteristics, and appearance. Such variations are not necessarily defects.

• Colors and appearance may vary because of lighting, magnification, photography, and screen settings
• Dimensions, precious-metal weights, gemstone weights, and total carat weights are approximate
• Finished custom jewelry may vary slightly from renderings because of casting, setting, polishing, finishing, stone cutting, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances
• Grading reports and appraisals apply only to the item identified in the applicable document
• An appraisal, replacement value, suggested retail price, or grading opinion does not guarantee resale value, investment performance, or future market value

CUSTOM JEWELRY NOTICE
Custom, bespoke, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, sized, resized, altered, repaired, stone-set, special-order, and otherwise modified jewelry is governed by the customer’s approved specifications, invoice, design records, Terms of Service, Return and Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Customer approval authorizes production using the approved specifications. Computer renderings and CAD images are design representations and may not reproduce every characteristic of a finished, polished, handmade, cast, assembled, or stone-set piece.
All custom and modified jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or store credit, except to the extent a remedy is required by applicable law.
BODY JEWELRY NOTICE
All earrings and body-piercing jewelry are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons, regardless of whether they have been worn, except where a remedy is required by law for defective, damaged, misrepresented, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
NO GUARANTEE OF AVAILABILITY
Displaying merchandise, gemstones, materials, designs, services, or prices does not guarantee availability. Products and materials may be limited, unique, previously sold, discontinued, or dependent on third-party suppliers.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Palace & Co. may verify payment, identity, address, availability, specifications, and legal compliance before accepting or fulfilling an order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Palace & Co. name, website, original text, photographs, graphics, videos, jewelry designs, CAD renderings, models, layouts, logos, product names, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Palace & Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
